Have a question about Lady Gaga? We know someone who probably has the answer! Meet Kaleigh Schniepp, HRIS analyst II, who has been working with UofL Health for about a year. For the past year, she has mainly been helping with the implementation of Workday.
Kaleigh loves the size of UofL Health and its passion to help the communities we serve.
“I find UofL Health to be a very inclusive environment that has a little something for everyone,” Kaleigh said. “I look forward to continuing to grow and build my professional skills with UofL Health.”
As an HRIS analyst, Kaleigh’s role is critical in making sure employee information is correct and up to date when it comes to job information, payroll, performance, benefits and more.
The implementation of the new system, Workday, was a new and exciting learning experience for Kaleigh.
“Being a part of the Workday Implementation process is fulfilling and rewarding,” Kaleigh explained. “Our team, along with many others in Human Resources and other departments, have been working on this launch with much dedication. “I’m VERY grateful for my team and the people I work with. I wouldn’t be able to do what I do every day without them!”
Kaleigh is from Saint Louis, Mo., making her an avid fan of the Saint Louis Cardinals, the Saint Louis Blues and the Kansas City Chiefs. She attended Missouri State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management, and then Columbia College where she received her master of business administration (MBA) in 2021.
Kaleigh describes herself as a huge fan of the artist Lady Gaga. She has attended a few of her concerts and listens to her music every day. Fun fact: she owns 15 shirts with Lady Gaga’s face on it.
Some of her favorites include Colleen Hoover books, ice cream and true crime podcasts. She is currently streaming Dance Moms on Hulu, a show that keeps her interested and drawn in. After all, who doesn’t love a good Abby Lee Miller meltdown?
Kaleigh’s pet peeve is when someone takes the last item and doesn’t ask if anyone else wanted it or if they would like to share.
At breakfast time, one of her favorite foods is potatoes and any type of bread. This includes everything from hashbrowns to biscuits and gravy.
Are you interested in getting involved with local shelters? Talk to Kaleigh! She and her partner, Haleigh, spend much of their time at the Animal Care Society and often bring home dogs or cats to give them a loving environment before finding their forever home.
