Emily now serves as the clinical coordinator for Specialty Pharmacy accreditation and outcomes. In her current role, Emily monitors compliance and manages the UofL Health – UofL Hospital – Specialty Pharmacy patient management program. She serves as the senior clinical staff member for her team and continues to work with patients in the Specialty Pharmacy.

Just like it is outlined in the vision of UofL Health, Emily and her team “strive to provide a culture of exceptional care.” Because she is part of a team that works toward this vision, Emily says it is easy to show up to work with a smile on her face, ready to help patients.
The fact that UofL Health is a leader in health care and a desirable place to work is something that Emily really admires, and she would love to see this continue. Her goal for UofL Hospital – Specialty Pharmacy is to help other specialty pharmacies grow in order to improve the lives of people around the nation.
Each day, Emily works to live out the mission of UofL Health by forming meaningful relationships with patients and implementing new Specialty Pharmacy initiatives and disease state management protocols.
Currently, Emily has seen games in 20 of the 30 MLB stadiums. Her goal is to watch a game in all 30! Most recently, she visited T-Mobile Park in Seattle. Her favorite team is the Chicago Cubs.
