Barb Still, RRT, is a practice manager II at UofL Physicians and has been at UofL Health for 10 years. She began her career in August 2014 as a respiratory therapist intern at UofL Health – UofL Hospital. In her current role in Community Medical Group (CMG) Sleep Medicine, she oversees daily operations of six locations across Louisville; Shepherdsville, Ky.; Shelbyville, Ky.; Bardstown, Ky. and Sellersburg, Ind.
One thing Barb loves about UofL Health is that the organization is made up of people who genuinely care about our patients and our community.
“In every role I’ve been in within the organization, our patient’s well-being has been the focus,” she said.
Barb said her main impact on the system is making sure the practices are efficiently run, staff needs are met and the providers have everything they need to provide the best possible care for the patients.
Barb is an avid reader. She is currently reading “Magic of Liars” by Sarah Gailey and she loves Greek mythology. Her hobbies include cooking and hosting gatherings for her family and friends.
Barb is currently watching “Wheel of Time,” “What We Do in the Shadows” and “House of the Dragon.” Her favorite foods are biscuits and gravy and shrimp and grits
