Happy holidays team members! We’re excited to bring you all this year’s holiday meal schedule.
You are welcome to eat your meal in your facility’s cafeteria or take it back to your work area.
UofL Health – Human Resources will not be issuing meal vouchers this year. Instead, all you will need to do to receive a holiday meal is to show your UofL Health badge at check-out. You are welcome to bring multiple badges to the cafeteria to collect the meals for your unit or work area.

Dec. 14
Medical Center Southwest (lunch) — 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
Medical Center Southwest (dinner) — 7:30–8:30 p.m.
UofL Hospital (dinner) — 5–7 p.m.
UofL Hospital (third shift) — 11 p.m.–1 a.m.
Dec. 15
Medical Center South (lunch) — 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Peace Hospital (lunch) — 11 a.m.–2p.m.

UofL Physicians Team Members
UofL Health – UofL Physicians team members within a hospital or hospital campus should participate in their nearest location’s holiday meal. This includes the corporate buildings (Med Plaza I and II and Med Center 1). More information on holiday meals for team members who work in the Nucleus building is coming soon.
For outlying UofL Physicians clinics, managers should use the $10 headcount as a guide and arrange a meal to be catered to your practice. The date of the holiday meal is at the practice manager’s or department leader’s discretion, but we suggest having the meal during the week of Dec. 13 to align with the rest of the facilities having their holiday meals.
UofL Physician clinics within the UofL Health – Medical Centers will be included in the medical center holiday meal dates.
