The 2019 Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) Annual Scientific Meeting and Training brings together trauma medical directors, program managers, coordinators, injury prevention coordinators and registrars from participating Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) hospitals and provides an ideal venue for sharing of best practices.
Annabelle Pike, healthy community and injury prevention manager with the UofL Hospital – Trauma Institute, presented her abstract title, “Engaging Patients with Injuries Due to Interpersonal Violence: Where do we place our resources.” She was awarded the 2019 Injury Prevention and Performance Improvement Abstract Award.
