UofL Health is offering COVID-19 vaccines to patients age 12+ at eight UofL Physicians – Primary Care locations and four UofL Health – Urgent Care Plus locations.
Additional locations will begin offering the vaccine over the next few weeks. Vaccines are free to all patients with or without insurance. There is no co-pay or patient cost. At the time of the vaccine, patients will also be scheduled for their second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.
For verification purposes, patients are asked to bring their ID and insurance card.
Urgent Care Plus
From 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday, any area resident, age 12+, may walk-in for a vaccine without an appointment at the following UofL Health – Urgent Care Plus locations:
