The past several weeks we surveyed sample groups of leaders and employees to learn how we can improve our Performance Management Process. We are moving to a second phase where we will test the effectiveness of the improvements we are proposing.
The information from the pilot program will inform the final design before launch on July 1. We are inviting leaders and their teams from across UofL Health to participate in our Performance Management Pilot Program.
