The holidays are right around the corner! UofL Health would like to share a holiday gift with all UofL Health team members, physicians/M.D.s, contractors, residents, paid interns and students who are hired before Oct. 23, 2022. For a full list of included team members, please check out the frequently asked questions section at the end of this post.
This year, we are offering either a fleece vest or sweatshirt that you will order and have sent directly to your home. The absolute deadline to order your item is Oct. 23, so please order as soon as possible.
To order your item, visit the UofL Health Gear Store or use the QR code. Please use your home address only. Do not use your work address, as items may be lost in the delivery process.
Your items will arrive approximately mid-November through the end of December, depending on the timing of your order. Please note that this is only for employees hired as of Oct. 23, 2022.
Please make your selections carefully. All orders are final and there is no mechanism for return or exchange.

Before ordering, check the size chart on the online shop or go to one of our locations to try on samples of the sized items. Sample sizes are available at the following locations:
