Important reminders

• Determine your deferral rate – although you will be automatically enrolled into the plan at a rate of 4%, UofL Health provides a company match on up to 6% of your deferral. If you are deferring less than 6% of your salary, you are missing out on additional savings for retirement.
• Decide what to do with your CHI retirement assets – as previously communicated, you have several options available to you regarding your assets in the CHI 401(k), CHI 403(b), CHI Pension Plan and JHSMH Pension Plan (as applicable). We encourage you to review your options with one of our retirement consultants.
