When will we receive a welcome letter?
Welcome letters to team members integrating into UofL Health from KentuckyOne Health and KentuckyOne Health Medical Group will be available Monday, Nov. 11.
Leaders will distribute letters to employees. Please return your letter to your leader by Nov. 25.
When does open enrollment begin for UofL Health team members formerly with KentuckyOne Health?
Open enrollment began Nov. 7 and ends Nov. 21. You will need to follow instructions you received via email from Human Resources. Open enrollment should be completed in UltiPro.
How to I login to UltiPro?
The link to UltiPro is https://e42.ultipro.com/. You can also find this link on https://www.uoflhealthnow.org/ under Resources (https://www.uoflhealthnow.org/resources/). You cannot just Google UltiPro and get the appropriate link.

When will I get my new UofL Health badge?
UofL Health team members formerly with KentuckyOne Health will begin getting new badges starting in December. Your new badge will not work on various systems until Dec. 17.
When will I receive my last paycheck from Catholic Health Initiatives?
You will receive your last pay from CHI on Dec. 20, which will reflect the pay period Dec. 1-Dec. 14 (including any overtime worked during that period). Your last pay will be direct deposited according to your current elections. You will receive your last pay statement in the mail.
As a reminder, the HR Service Line, 502-588-0418, is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
