UofL Health – Human Resources (HR) is pleased to announce that open enrollment will take place Nov. 1-12!
This year will be an active enrollment, which means all employees will need to complete an enrollment to have active benefits for 2022. The enrollment process will be completed through UltiPro. Please verify that you can access your UltiPro account before the open enrollment period.
Our HR department plans to have an open enrollment call center in which employees can contact for help enrolling in benefits. There will also be webinars hosted that will cover the changes and how to complete open enrollment via UltiPro, so you can join HR for an informative session and a chance to ask any questions you may have.
This year most plans are staying the same, as are the cost. Our voluntary plans will be moving to a new provider who will offer richer plan designs at a lower cost to employees, as an improvement to our benefit offerings. Be on the lookout for a communication from HR Benefits later in October that will have our 2022 Benefit Guide attached for employees to review before open enrollment.
