Barbara Stroud is part of the patient services team at UofL Physicians.
She is known around UofL Physicians for her resourcefulness, and helping our patients in a friendly, compassionate manner.
“Always be kind and respectful is the patient experience tip I stand by,” Barbara said. “Life is hard and we never know what someone else may be experiencing or going through.”
Barbara calls the Louisville area home now, but is from California. She has 20 years of experience providing customer services and medical billing expertise. She’s been with UofL Physicians since 2016.
