Team members formerly with KentuckyOne Health have been provisioned a new email account on the UofLHealth.org email domain. The following instructions will assist with the initial resetting of your email password and accessing your account for the first time.
Your account will be active at 8 a.m. Dec. 16, 2019. If you experience any issues accessing your email account, please call the UofL Health IT Service Desk at 502-588-7003.
Your new email account will be in the format of FirstName.LastName@UofLHealth.org. If you have a hyphenated name, the hyphen will be included. If you have two last names the space is
removed.
You have been assigned a temporary password in the format of “ULH” followed by your 6 digit UofL Health Employee ID. You should have this EID in communications from UofL Health HR. For
example, if your EID is 123456, your temporary PW is ULH123456.
Your current CHI or KentuckyOne email will remain live for at least 90 days. (You will receive ample advance communication before it is decommissioned.)
Please be aware that UofL Health IT cannot facilitate the mass transfer of email from the CHI email system into ours. Mission critical messages will need to be manually forwarded to your
new address from the old one.
