UofL Health – Medical Centers:
Team members located at one of the four medical centers, including on-site UofL Health – UofL Physicians offices, Frazier Rehab Institute offices and Brown Cancer Center location at Medical Center Northeast, can contact their respective manager for the date/time of the holiday meals for their medical center.
UofL Physicians Team Members and other External Offices:
UofL Physicians team members within a hospital or hospital campus should participate in their nearest location’s holiday meal.
For outlying UofL Physicians clinics and other external offices, managers should use the $10 per person budget as a guide and arrange a meal to be catered to your location and billed to: Principal business HR 85680, Sub account 6800-749535-1004. The date of the holiday meal is at the leader’s discretion based on your team’s schedule and staffing, but it is suggested that teams host their meals during the week of Dec. 12 to align with the rest of the facilities having their holiday meals.
If you have any questions about holiday meals, please ask your manager or reach out to UofL Health – Organizational Development, Engagement and Inclusion at EmployeeEngagement@UofLHealth.org.
