In a collaborative effort between UofL Health – UofL Physicians – Internal Medicine, UofL Trager Institute and the Christina Lee Brown Envirome Institute, UofL Health can now offer follow-up care for recovered COVID-19 patients.
The clinic, located at 204 E. Market Street in suite A, offers comprehensive care to those who have recovered from either a symptomatic or asymptomatic COVID-19 infection. Treatment options are based on the latest research to help patients return to an optimal, healthy lifestyle. Patients must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the clinic.
In addition to follow-up care, the clinic aims to create a registry of all confirmed COVID-19 patients in Jefferson County and in the state of Kentucky.
